What we collect
If you create a VialHelp account, we store your first name, your email address, and the protocol entries you choose to add (such as compound name, concentration, dose, frequency, dates, and optional notes). We do not ask for your last name, address, or any government or health-record identifiers.
Why we collect it
Your email is used to sign you in and to send the optional reminders you set up. Your protocol entries are shown only to you in your account. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Security
Passwords are stored using one-way hashing and are never visible to us. The site is served over HTTPS so information is encrypted in transit. We follow data-minimization: we keep only what is needed for the features above.
Your control
You can remove any protocol entry at any time from your account, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us via the About page.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for login sessions and a cookie-consent banner for any non-essential cookies. VialHelp is an informational resource and does not provide medical advice.
