How to use this calculator
Enter the amount of peptide in the vial (mg) and the concentration you want to end up with (mg/mL); the calculator tells you how much bacteriostatic water to add. It is the reconstitution math in reverse — useful when you are aiming for a round, easy-to-measure concentration.
Worked example
For a 10 mg vial and a target of 5 mg/mL, you would add 2 mL of BAC water (10 mg ÷ 5 mg/mL = 2 mL). Adding only 1 mL instead would double the concentration to 10 mg/mL.
